Last time I was there the food was awesome. This time not so much. I ordered an 18 oz T-bone med rare. I got a med well done to done steak. They were apologetic and cooked another one. It was rare but I'm fine with that. Not sure where they are getting their steaks from, but this one had so much grissel, it was tough to eat. Very disappointed!
They are always nice to us and they always gets my medium rare steak cooked correctly! I tried the filet topped with crab and sweet potato. Even their basic side salad is always good.
I hadn't been here in 3 or 4 years, the last few times I had visited weren't good at all. I went a few days ago because some friends wanted to go, it was very good. I was pleasantly surprised and will start going back again
What a joke! My son and I got a table at 2pm on a weekday. The restaurant was fairly empty and we were seated quickly. We waited 10 minutes for our server. She finally arrived and took our drink order. We waited another 10 minutes for those. We placed our order and we were then informed that they were completely out of burgers.... WHAT??! We asked for a few minutes to evaluate our other menu options. She returned in 10 minutes and took our order. We are now 30 minutes into our ordeal. We ordered simple steaks and fries (they had those) and waited.....and waited. Another 30 minutes went by and we finally received our food sans silverware. This was quickly rectified. I wish I could leave a zero star rating.
Saturday evening 5 pm seated quick.in booth bar area, ordered drink and food. Ribeye potatoes and mixed vegetables. food came out 10 +- minutes, potato not hot, little cool, vegetables hot, tender zucchini really good, steak hot, I ordered medium, tender but not really any taste or flavor, kinda dull.
I watched the bar tender make drinks and if you order anything other than beer your getting shorted. I watched one gal, Brenda maybe not sure dark hair, short pour two drinks one was just a little left in the bottle of tequila I think and didn't add any out of a new bottle. She changed glasses and added more ice to make it look full. Maybe these are just tricks at these franchises, but 6 and 9 $ a drink is robbing the customer's. Generally liked Outback at other locations I've visited. This is just one persons observance, so see for yourself.
