They don't take things very seriously. Came in with a severe UTI, was given Bactrim. Four days after, still experiencing the same symptoms, I call and ask what I should do. "Take the rest of your antibiotics." Well at this point I go to another urgent care, where they send me straight to the ER. Because they didn't take me seriously or care about my concerns, if I had taken their advice, I would probably be staying at the hospital right now rather than just having an extremely expensive trip that I get to eventually come out of pocket for all on my own. I suggest Medexpress urgent care.
I went in for strep & flu like symptoms. They did a strep test but didn't do a flu test..because they were out. You should never let your supplies run out. Especially for patient care. So I went home with some antibiotics. But something didn't feel right. So I went to another urgent care where they had flu swabs & i'll be darned, I had the flu. So I was improperly diagnosed at this clinic. Amy Rainey was the care provider I was seeing & didn't even bother to call another clinic to see if they had any flu swabs she could borrow. If I had not called the other clinic, I would not be getting the help I needed. Will not be going back.
What clinic doesn't have a doctor there to see patients? Oh thats right..Baptist health urgent care! Why even be open if youre goin to send your patients right back out the door because the doctor called in sick and you have no replacement!!!!!!!! Yall suck!!
