This was my first (and last) experience with Hangers on JFK. When I first walked in, I was turned off by the dingy appearance of the store and the fact that it smelled like a thrift shop. You could see the junk piled up in the back. When I went to pick up my clothes at the appointed time on the slip, I was told my clothes weren't ready. I asked for a discount for my troubles and was told that I was already getting a new customer discount so they couldn't give me an additional one for their mistake. When I picked up my clothes (a day late), they were clean but smelled like the thrift smell I mentioned before. Considering the fact that there are several dry cleaners in North Little Rock, I will not be back to this one. I want a service that smells nice and gets my clothes done on time.
