An average, run-of-the-mill WH; which means it is miles ahead of the average fast food place. Better food, even healthy food, if you are so inclined. If you are in such a hurry you can't wait, just call ahead and take it with you. You will be missing the fun of watching the staff and other customers if you do!
Was working night shift. Went here for our lunch break. BIG mistake. The over night service is horrid. Ordered the all-star special. Didn't get our drinks until after we got our food, well most of the food. They forgot to make the waffle. Finished our food (what they brought us) and I had to go up to counter to ask about our waffles because they never came back to our table. Generally I love waffle house. I go to others and have no problems. The one in West Memphis is horrible and I would avoid this one completely.
Well where do I start I tried to call ahead to make it to order and no one would answer the phone. So I went to the location where there were four actual customers in the restaurant and it took at least 45 minutes before I was even greeted I was about to walk out the door then she asked me what I would like to drink. I was asking if there was a place I could plug my phone in so I could do some work while I was eating she moved me to a dirty table in which we cleaned it off and she took my order. It didn't take long for me to get the food but it was lukewarm when I got it and I never got my coke she went outside to smoke instead so I had to ask the gentleman for a soda halfway through my meal. The whole time I was there there was only one other gentleman in the restaurant who continue to talk crazy to me and neither one of the staff address them and ask him to be quiet I asked for my ticket she told me how much it was I got up and I left and left the money on the table. I was told to have a good evening when I left I think that was the most I was spoke to the whole time I was there. Being in this business for over 20 years and just recently getting off earlier this evening from waiting tables I'd have to say the service is pretty unsatisfactory to say the least maybe I was expecting too much
If I could post a zero I would. The waitress lucky is so rude for reason. Smh..then they will answer the phone and when I say I'm placing a call in order they say hold on and sit the phone down and I can hear everything that's going on and they never pick the phone back up so the line is busy..keep your money ppl. Go down the street to camp b/c this one is horrible...
The fifth star is missing because of a slightly messy service area.
