Great place to let the kids run off some steam when the weather isn't cooperating.
Is an excellent place to have a birthday party however it is quite expensive drinks are not included with the package deal. Staff is very helpful. The only problem I've ever had with this facility is that some of the parents do not watch their children while they're playing.
I took my daughter last week and she loved it! It was very clean and the staff was friendly. She was tired after only about an hour and half (she is 4). It's was great to get up and moving.

We went today with my sister and out kids. Disappointed that my daughter wasn't able to play. Then there are two girls running around without socks and the girl behind the counter doesn't seem to care. Next I tried to play the candy claw game and it didn't work. The girl behind the counter did nothing except put straws in the little hug drinks for parties that are tomorrow. And instead of washing her hands, she just used sanitizer and kids will have that in their mouths tomorrow. Gross. We were visiting from Texas but I will never recommend this place. Severely disappointed.
