It's very easy to get comfortable in the beautiful campsite. It's very quiet and peaceful, you almost don't want to leave. You would never know that Little Rock Arkansas would have such a beautiful campsite to visit. Park managers Carolyn and Lee, are extremely helpful, and such wonderful people.
I stayed in this beautiful camp for 2 nights! It's perfect to bike around the city, beautiful trails! the camp is far enough to get away from the crazy city life but close enough to get there if needed. Carolyn was the sweetest person ever, she became a second mom to me. She is very helpful with anything that is needed. The camp is great but she makes the whole camping experience much better. I really can't wait to visit this camp again! Carolyn thank you for all your help and making me feel welcome!

Carolyn and Lee Were the best managers I have seen. My wife grew up on a state park that her father managed for 37 years so we can be a bit harsh. This park was clean, quiet and well laid out. Bathrooms were very clean. Easy to get into with my 30 foot trace trailer. We arrived a little late but they stayed to make sure we got into our spot easily. Will go back there again any time i am remotely close.
Very convenient to I-40 and easy to get in and out of. The manager is trying to improve the city owned park. There are still a good number of campers that appear mostly permanent but the sites were mostly clean and reasonable. An infrastructure investment would be beneficial to the campground by bringing sewer hookups to all sites and placing existing above ground sewer pipes underground. Some had fire rings while others didn't. It was good for an overnight stay.
