Very unprofessional. First off, the time I brought my dog in, the vet spent 20 minutes telling me that I should switch to Hill's Science Diet - conveniently the only dog food he sells - when in reality the ACANA dog food I feed my dog is a MUCH MUCH better product. It's as simple as reading the label. Then, I tried to order my dog's flea and tick and heartworm medicine online. The business I ordered the medicine with faxed this vet twice to approve the prescription. No response. Finally, I called Vets and Pets and was told they don't do 'stuff on the net'. They'll only sell it to me for $50 more directly. The guy who answered the phone told me he has someone in front of him. Takes my name and number. Never calls me back. And they never contacted me either time that they received the prescription request from the online business. I would strongly recommend not going to this vet. Horrible communication, professionalism, and incredibly greedy.

If you are shopping for a vet because you have a new pet, or maybe you feel you are paying way too much money where you are going now, then this is where you need to be! THIS CLINIC CARES! The receptionists are so very sweet and helpful over the phone, and they listen. When you walk in the door to the the clinic you feel like they appreciate you being there. You are greeted with smile and made to feel they are interested in both you and your pet. They have a WONDERFULLY CLEAN waiting area, shopping area, and clinical area! Dr. Faulk and his assistant both listened to all of my questions and concerns, and I never felt as if I was being rushed out of the room. Dr. Faulk did a first time check on our new puppy and he was very thorough and explained so many things that we had been wondering about. This is so important to a family who has just invested both financially and emotionally in the life of a "new family member". After speaking to the young ladies over the phone, and then personally visiting the clinic we feel so confident in this facility that we are having our precious three-year old Yorkshire Terrier spade next week. So...if you happen to be in our shoes, and feel you need to make a change in your veterianarian and just haven't had the courage to take that step, let me recommend that you do it today - visit Vet & Pets, and you, like our family, will be so glad that you did!!
