Lack luster to say the least. Lazy staff, and really the cookies aren't great. They are simply okay. It's really not worth the trip. Save your money and buy a bag of Tollhouse.
Worst experience of my life. Everyone there is lazy and I mean everyone I have pictures and videos I'm sending to corporate. First off don't make someone shift lead then take it away a week in without saying a word to me about it and just letting me find out myself. 2nd I chased them around for 6 weeks trying to get more hours because I actually did my job unlike most people there. After continuously getting only 1 day of work a week I quit. Your better off going to tollhouse or buying a pack of dough at Walmart all of the dough at gac is frozen none of it's fresh. Got tired of pulling everyone else's weight while they played on their phones.
Order one slice of the cheesecake cookie and the bottom of it was burnt was I got home to eat it ( called today only for them to tell me there's no exchanges or refunds ) i don't have much money to just be giving away .I WOULD LIKE FOR MANGEMENT TO GIVE ME A CALL ASAP !
The cookies themselves are standard great American cookies. The problem I have with this location is they charged me a small soda price for a water. And then they charged me a special mug price for a medium drink. I told them to fix it. And the acted like they did. When I checked my bank account they were charging me the original price. It's unfortunate that this brand is being tarnished by incompetent and immoral workers.
