The staff is great! They always greet me with a smile. The food is delicious!
Disappointing Panera bread location. The staff is unprofessional, orders had multiple errors that when pointed out they were treated as an inconvenience. For what you pay and the general quality of most Panera locations this one falls far short.
We normally love eating here but this time was just a bad experience I guess. The the people making the food were rude and we actually had to go get our food after seeing it sit up there. I also didn't get what I ordered. But I did get what was on the receipt. That's more on me for not checking after I ordered though? Also if you do come. Come before 7 at lease if you want them to have anything still in stock
I just heard the rudest customer and the most polite server. The customer was loud and complaining and the server, I think his name was Jason,was overly professional and nice and even attempted to be humorous. I wouldn’t have been that nice. One up for Panera, Little Rock :-)
