I had a terrible experience there today. Showed a few pictures of styles I liked to the woman who cut my hair. When she got to one of my sides I realized how short she was cutting it and said this is shorter than what I wanted and the pictures. She told me it would be all right. I literally started crying in the chair as she finished the cut. The cut was uneven, way too short and I now had bangs which I haven't asked for since middle school. This was by far the worst hair cutting experience I have ever had and will NEVER recommend anyone going there. I drove straight to another salon to see if there was anything that could be done to salvage my hair. There was not much that could be done because it was so short. I would give no stars if I could.
