Elena does a a wonderful job. She is professional and always makes you feel comfortable. I have never felt awkward or embarrassed, it's a judgement free zone. I was nervous the first time but that quickly went away and I have been a client for more than a year now. She is so fast, I'm in and out in no time. She is the best at what she does, I wouldn't see anyone else for my waxing needs.

Elena is amazing! After a traumatic Brazilian seven months ago, I got brave enough to do it again. I read great reviews on Elena and decided to make an appointment, and I'm very happy I did!!! She is very friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I didn't feel rushed and she genuinely listened to my concerns. She was very gentle! She knows exactly what she's doing. Although the wax isn't painless, she eased the pain by distracting me with conversation and taking it off in smaller sections. I highly recommend her!
