They charged me too much ( 37$ more ) for the reason that return 30 minutes later, and not filled with gas, while I remember that I was full! They charged me $ 70 for gas! I am very angry because I rented vehicle per month 2 times! I never rent here anymore! his attitude stigmatized me because I am not good English and i am Asian ! I was so angry and feeling bad
I phoned her manager, who claimed to be the regional manager. He was unable to tell us anything about our rental and couldn't even tell me the phone number for customer service. I asked to speak with his manager and he refused to redirect me.
My wife and I paid for a rental car online before our trip to Little Rock. Budget took the money out of our account and we thought all was well. On the day we were dropped off at Budget to pick up our rental car, we were denied our car, despite the fact that our receipt said that we were good and Budget had already taken the money out of our account.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I reserved a car online, and paid for it then I was told it wasn't available. I was also turned down because I didn't have a major credit card and I am still waiting on the money to be refunded. Would not recommend at all.
The woman working at the counter claimed that she was new and was completely untrained in these matters, which I found incredibly unprofessional. She claimed that her manager left her in charge without telling her how to rent the car to us. At that point, she packed up and left the store front without assisting us further.
Long story short, I STRONGLY encourage you to avoid Budget Rental Car in Little Rock. My wife and I were left stranded without a car, even after they had taken the money out of our account. Later it was refunded, but it didn't help us get the car that we needed then.
