Easy online reservation. The car was ready when I arrived for pick up. Monica did a great job of customer service making sure I was ready taken care of for my trip. We had a great trip with a great car at a great price.
Horrible. My company has a corporate account and I rented personally and for work, through my company. Demonstrated, I'm a trustworthy driver. Suddenly I am told my normal payment method isn't sufficient 2 days before my plans to see my family for Christmas! They did not want to take accountably for the mistakes of their company! Now I'm stranded for Christmas. Reservation was made a month in advance. Just now hearing from them!
