Terrible. You'd be better off selling your stuff on the online garage sale. They give you hardly anything for what you give and they are not honest. Go somewhere else!
I sent a work colleague here for some business pieces, could have been jewelry, shoes, tops whatever. When she walked in, they told her right off that she was "too old" to shop there and told her she needed to shop somewhere else. This shocked me on such a level, this unprofessionalism is unacceptable. They didn't know what she was looking for or who she was shipping for.
Has an okay selection of clothes, but I do NOT recommend going to this Plato's Closet if you are trying to sell anything. I've had many name brand clothes (Obey, Miss Me, etc.) and they took NOTHING. They told me they were not look for clothes like my Miss Me jeans that were in perfect condition that I ended up selling for $45 after being rejected from here. I got $9 the first time I sold to this store (and I sold 8 items??), then $7 the next time! This is my favorite chain clothing store. I go to the Conway one all the time, but the NLR is just closer for me. And let me say, I have gotten $60 from the Conway Plato's so I know it's not just my clothes. I had a tote of clothes that I brought in one day and they thought it was their tote so they put it up on their shelves, so when I went to ask if my clothes were done (45 minutes later) they had NO idea what I was talking about and had to look for my tote?? Come to find out they put it up on their shelves and was about to put all of my clothes out on the floor without even looking at them or giving me money for them. So, that day I got absolutely nothing. I was furious. So if you have the option of going to the Conway's Plato's or NLR Plato's, I recommend the Conway one hands down. They actually look at ALL of you clothes and give you a good amount of cash for it, give you the help you ask for instead of just standing around talking at the front desk, and are much, much friendlier. I've worked in retail for many years, and this place was just disappointing.

I brought 3 Ralph Lauren shirts, 2 pair of heels, and a new white Arkansas Razorback vest. As I waited, they only accepted the vest but nothing else. The vest was $20, and they only was going to give me $4.20 for it.
