Do you actually enjoy going to see your dentist? If you don't, you need to CHANGE DENTISTS! My dentist, Dr. Drew Bannerman, and his crew, are the most knowledgeable and patient people and I should know - I've been a patient of theirs for years. They are willing to go over details as many times as it takes, from the front desk's care with appointments and inevitable changes, through the clinical staff's care of the sometimes complex procedures, to the follow-up care, and insurance management. I've never had to wait more than just a few minutes because they value my time. I even quit taking my book to read! And the dental hygienists are top notch. They ALWAYS make me feel like I'm doing my part to stay healthy and that I'm a partner in the mix! You'd think that would be the norm, but you know it isn't. Dr. Bannerman and crew are amazing! I have high anxiety when going to the dentist and they always make me feel safe and are always very kind to me. The staff is extremely professional and Dr. Bannerman himself is the best dentist I have ever been to. I recommend all of my friends and family to go to him. He truly cares about his patients.
Dr. Bannerman has been my dentist for several years now. He's always pleasant and concerned for patient needs. I didn't really care for the dental experience before him. He's expanding now for new clients and is using newer technology than just a couple of years ago. Refer your friends and family without concerns.
