Candy, an office manager was extremely rude and unwilling to work with me over a $25 charge that I was told I wouldn't be billed for. I was a patient for several years and always paid my balance and she was not concerned at all over losing me as a patient.

Dr. Dean is the best dentist I have ever had. He spoiled me, because ever since I moved from Arkansas I have had terrible luck with dentists. The guy I saw today missed the nerve when he numbed me and used the max amount of numbing medicine without actually numbing the root of the tooth. So when he went in to drill my tooth, I was in excruciating pain and cried due to pain for the second time in my life. The guy then stopped and told me "Hon, it's going to be uncomfortable. You're just going to have to deal with it." That and being told the filling was done wrong originally because I was "probably jumping around too much" made me miss Dr. Dean. I was never in pain, and he was never trying to embarrass or rush me. He did a couple fillings as a kid and took out my wisdom teeth. This man is so kind, talented, and careful. He's a catch, so get an appointment while you can.

I wanted to say how much I appreciate Dr. Dean and his office staff. I came in with a severe emergency. Not only were they comforting to a person who has anxiety toward dental visits but they really solved a challenging tooth issue. The advanced dental technology they use in the office makes intensive dental work so much more tolerable and quick. Very impressed and very thankful for their service.

For the reviews about the $25 dollar balance and Pam being rude Ect. Ect. Keep this in mind they are not a lender they are a well known and established dental clinic! With that being said...the service and professionalism that Dr. Dean and his staff provides is outstanding. He wont feed you a bunch of bull about needing work that isnt necessary and cost you a arm and a leg, maybe a tooth or 2 but he is very good at what he does and is upfront about your dental needs. I went in today with a halfway broken 3rd molar (my bottom right wisdom tooth.) This tooth was almost in my gums, a few dentist have told me id need oral surgery. I had severe pain with tooth for days and finally went to see Dr. Dean and I was glad I did! His objective is to keep your teeth inside of your mouth for as long as possible. I am very pleased with how the extraction went and with his patience to make sure i was numb and not feeling pain. It took alot of meds with my tooth sitting on a nerve halfway broke (kinda hard to get to). I recommend anyone to his office and will be my new dental clinic from now forth. Hope my experience helps on making your decision to see a great dentist and caring staff!! Until next time.....Take care of your teeth!

I really love Dr. Dean and his assistant they are very nice and great at what they do. However; the office manager Pam is not very nice at all. I went to get some work done in December and at that time I paid what they requested then four months later I receive a phone call about a balance of $25.00 that I owed and at that time I had every intention on paying that balance but I did not have my card information with me. I asked what the balance was for and they said the balance was the difference in between what my insurance paid and what was still remaining. Ok, that's fine, I can understand that but this now would have been the third time this has happened. So then I get a call on the April the 18th about the balance. I missed the call because I was at work and when I returned home I checked it and so I called today to pay the balance off and I was informed that oh it has been sent to collections and you will have to call them. Really! Then she says oh wait no it has not gone to collections yet but there is a collections fee. So I ask "why do I have a collections fee if I have not been sent to collections and is there anyone else I can speak to?" She says "well you can speak to Nicole but I'm her boss." Ok so who can I speak to over you Ms. Pam? She gives me the name of the account manager and says she's gone for the day we close at 3:00. So I finally just say forget it and just pay the stupid collections fee. She says oh you will have to contact the collections agency. So I ask for their number and she says oh I don't have that with me. So I ask her how is it that you can pull all of my information and not have the number to the collection agency that you guys use? Really. Just because she was very rude, I have decided not to do business with this office again. I called to pay the balance and you send me to collections for $25.00.
