Had an appointment and arrived with 4 min to spare. No one at desk. I stood where I could be seen by staff. One made eye contact and looked away. Finally someone came to the desk and was chatting with someone else and yawning. Still no acknowledgment. 20 min later still listening to their conversation I left. No one ever spoke a syllable to me. Unprofessional and unfriendly. Obviously I cannot speak to the actual services since I never received what I had scheduled.
Our appointment was at 9 am. We arrived at 8:50 am. At 9 am, no one arrived to open the business. After 10 minutes, I called, there was no answer so I left a message. Finally, at 9:20am we gave up and left. Mother and daughter were very disappointed.
Scheduled a Mother/Daughter pedicure for this past Saturday as a surprise Mother's Day present for my wife.
A couple minutes after leaving, my call was returned by a female employee who asked, "Where you the people in the suv who just left?" I answered yes. Her reply, completely void of any remorse, "I was opening the door as you drove off. We're open now."
Not once was there an apology for being 20 minutes late in opening and there was no explanation.
I have received two pedicures, a manicure, a facial and a massage here. Each time I have been here the service has been top-notch, and the owner, Andy, is super nice. I have gotten many massages in LR, and this is the first one where I had one on a heated table. It makes all the difference. Add a couple glasses of wine and you never want to leave!
Suffice it to say, we did not go back and will not be going back in the future.
