Terrible!!! I went in to have my hair styled and,it was awful. The customer service hotline was even worst, they promised to email me with an invoice for a full refund and it never happened!! I had to go home myself after paying 20 for them the flat iron my hair and nothing else . When i got into my car and got a good look at my hair and called the manager to express my dissatisfaction and request a partial refund she abruptly said no and hung up on me. I will never go there again abd strongly advise others don't either!!!
Okay I'm not saying everyone at this location is a bad hair stylist, but aggie did a terrible job on my hair. It looks plain horrible it's embarrassing, it literally looks like I'm missing hair in certain parts of my head. I was very specific and clear about how I wanted my hair cut but it didn't work. She rushed through the whole thing like if it was the end of the world, and was very sloppy dropping scissors, along with comb. It wasn't busy at all to be in a rush. I don't know if it was her first time giving a bad haircut but I hated it. Waste of 15$
Last time I went they were busy when I walked in. They told me it would be 45 minutes before they could service me (to which I agreed). After an hour waiting a dude walks in with a call ahead (or whatever they call it). He got the next haircut and i walked out.

I have been going to Super cuts for 6 to 7 months, no one is perfect but may I say the price is the price whereever you go and if it isn't right let the staff know immediately in order to give them a chance to fix it. My husband, son, and I go here. My last experience was with Oliva the manager, she colored my hair and I have had it done a month ago and still non stop compliments!!!! Thank you so much Oliva!
