Asked three different people for help to get a fixture from top shelf, eventually got it. Charged incorrectly at checkout, customer service finally fixed. Took 45 minutes to buy one item.
Bought a garage door opener with install. I was told it would take 24-48 hours to hear back, it’s been 168 hours. I went to the store and was told that someone would call me soon. Still haven’t heard from anyone. Lost all faith in this store. Next time I will go to Lowe’s.
I went in to get some paint. Stood around in the paint department for over 15 minutes and not once did I see any employee working in that area. I heard someone call multiple times over the PA requesting any available associate to come and assist in the paint department. No one ever came. I left and went across the street to Lowe's and got paint there.
I love that Home Depot stays open to 10 unlike many hardware stores that close at 6 p.m. I also prefer Home Depot to Lowe's because Home Depot feels more like hardware store and Lowe's feels more like a Walmart. Now that Home Depot has their app I can find nearly anything quickly on any Isle. I do prefer the Home Depot layout at Chenal than the one in North Little Rock
