I ordered a sleeper sofa from Hanks (sales rep Rick Smith) and it has become one of my biggest regrets. When I ordered it in June 2016 they promised 4-6 week delivery. 10 weeks later I finally received my couch. It is now October of 2017 and my couch has been on its last leg for 2-3 months. I am a normal sized single female that lives alone without pets, so I do not understand how a $900 couch is falling apart after 13 months of use. Frustrated with the quality of the item I was promised would be excellent and "last you ten years or more, easy!", I called the store and was met with animosity, inflexibility, and brushed off. The sales rep refused to believe there is a fault in their product and said it would likely not be eligible for their "Limited Lifetime Frame Warranty", despite the fact that the sleeper sofa has a frame problem. He suggested I call the manufacturer or buy new cushions... Needless to say, this is a company that cares more about making money than having satisfied customers. I could not recommend this place any less.
I visited Hank's in NLR yesterday to buy a box spring and the staff was great! Aaron & Zack had great customer service! Both helped me with the selection and with the delivery. Thanks to them, now I have a great bed for my guest bedroom! Thanks Aaron and Zack! You guys rock!!
The best customer service ever!!! Ive purchased a bedset over a year ago and I was extremely pleased to the service given to me. Just today I decided to purchase a living room set and service was even better. Heather has worked with my family and myself and always giving us the BEST OF THE BEST!! I can say soooo many amazing things about how Heather made my purchase a breeze!! She's patient and kind to work with as well as providing additional information for reassurance.
