We purchased a new mirror from Kirklands in North Little Rock about a month ago. My husband is a contractor and is meticulous about hanging pictures and such. The other night the mirror came CRASHING off the wall. Much to our surprise, the nail remained in the stud. After looking close, it was the mirror screws that had come out of the mirror itself! We called and spoke with DJ the manager at the NLR store to see about the situation who (very rudely) informed us that it cannot be returned or exchanged.
FYI to keep your loved ones safe and be careful where you buy!
