Thanks for dinner ass holes
My fiancé and I order a pan pizza and a sandwich last night. It was ordered in enough time before they closed and when we received our food. The pizza was not cut and it was not made correctly, and the sandwich that I ordered was not the sandwich that was rang in. We called last night and was told that our meal would be replaced. On today after getting home from work we called to have our order replace and we where hit by the rudest attitude I've ever heard/seen. The General Manager herself by the name of Kim. My fiancé began to tell her about our order and the mistakes that were made. She cut him off and asked for the phone number. He gave her the number and before he could even finish she tells him." I'm not giving you both" pick one. It's either the sandwich or the pizza." But in the system it say it was a mess up on the pizza. I then got on the phone to explain to her what the problem was and what it should have been and she cut me off to say."I've already told him I wasn't replacing both and that's that." You can wait to another manager gets here if it's gonna continue to be a problem. I asked did I need to just come over and speak with her in person, she said well your still gonna get the same result and if you come in the store causing a problem I'll just call the police .Then slap the phone down in my face. So I went into the store and looked around and she yells YEAH YOUR LOOKING FOR ME. I said ok well I would like to speak to your manager. She said I am the manger. Im the General Manager. This is my store. I said ok well at this point go ahead and call the police. She said your not gonna come in my store telling me what to do. You call them. You need them. So I stepped outside and called the non emergency number. Then she came out and gave me the number to a guy by the name of Mike. I spoke with Mike and he listen to what I had to say and told me he would call her to see what was going on. He got the situation situated but was not apologetic. I not one time got an apology. I then went back into the store and Kim said so what. Is he suppose to be calling me. I said Yes and yes looked and said well he haven't called yet so. And kept walking. Few minutes later he called and she took her call to the back. She came back a few minutes later smiling and said well I can do one or two things. You can get your food remade this one time, or you can get your money back but we will never device you again. I said well you can give the money back and I don't have to eat here again. My fiancé then stepped in and said just to remake it and keep the money. She then had our food made. Even tho I got my food remade I felt a little uneasy about the situation because I felt that I was mistreated and then being punished for something that was not my fault. I feel as if I'm being punished for spending my hard earned money on something that was not what I asked for and being banned from ever ordering because of a horriable general manager. And she was happy with not serving because she smiled the whole time of her telling me that she wasn't going to serve us anymore. I grew up in Little Rock and on dominos to it's a bitter sweet moment but I will never ever order there again. My feelings are crushed and I feel like the whole situation could have been handled in a well professional manager. I never used profanity or called her out her name so why was I banned from the store? I feel something else needs to be done about this.
I luckily had the box from a few nights before when our babysitter/good friend bought pizza for us to have at 11:33. Gave them the order number and everything I could from the box. The manager states it didn't sound like one of theirs...
The online ordering said there was an issue so I called the store to find out "we don't deliver to this address after 4pm and you can't pick up because that closes at 10"
First let me say how completely idiotic it is to stop deliveries to certain parts of town after 4pm when not everyone gets off work at that time and then to close the pickup for those of us who want to buy your food but don't live in your idealistic part of town is the stupidest thing I've ever heard.
I don't get off work until late my fiance wanted to share dinner with me so we decided to order a few sandwiches.
Ordered two medium pizzas today. Delivered hot and fresh, within 34 minutes of order. Tasted great. No complaints here. Shout out to Kim and Taylor for being awesome! I'll be ordering again. :)
Always very good. Friendly staff, good service, fast delivery. Been eating here for at least 20 years.
Not to mention the fact that they obviously have delivered to our house way past 4pm but refuse to do so a few nights later.
I would have given 5 stars but it's quality of food depends on who makes order. Check that food is cooked thoroughly before leaving store or delivery person leaves.
