Subs are better than sub way
After working a long 12 hours today, I couldn't decide on what to eat. I haven't been to Firehouse in a while. I have one particular sandwich that i request and it is only good if it is made a certain way. I walk in and see three young boys working and i mumble, "geez" under my breath. Sure that this was not the right choice for dinner tonight. However, after getting a sandwich made so perfectly, all the while observing these three perfectly polite young men working diligently on various tasks, using superior hygiene and taking care in everything they did, i decided that i had not only made the perfect choice for tonight but will be repeating it often! I was completely impressed! I was so happy to see young guys investing in themselves and in life that i wanted to hug each one of them. Since, that might have scared them, i decided to verbally express my gratitude instead! Way to go guys!!!

We've been going here for nearly 9 years and we've never had a bad experience. We are always greeted warmly, the staff is always friendly when they take our order and get it out to us quickly. In all this time we've never had a mistake with an order which is astounding in my opinion. Great sandwiches though my favorites are the Italian and the beef and cheddar brisket.
I would rate it higher for the good food and helpful staff, but the nail salon next door makes the entire store smell like accrillic glue. Gave me a headache.
