Nice park, generally safe with regular police patrols (but always use common sense). Great family park, running, hiking and very cyclist friendly. Good place for fishing and wildlife watching.
Nice walking and biking trails and bank fishing
Great little trail system in North Little Rock. You can access from Cook's landing or from the east from Burn's Park. Very scenic with lots of animals to see.
