Gotta say these guys came out to replace my a.c. and knocked it out without any issues. Came out at my confidence for the quote and came for the install within days of setting it up. Made sure 2nd to leave any mess behind as well. Very satisfied with the work and I usually always have a complaint about others working on our home. Called, had a long conversation with pleasant person who answered the phone. Explained the problem (pipes), needed to talk with plumber. She said she put me down for a call back. When I called at the end of the day, "Wendy" informed me they didn't even have the call logged and I'd probably talked with their answering service. (The woman never identified herself as answering service, btw.) Wendy also informed me that they couldn't do anything about my pipes. (I hadn't explained the problem.) So that's my experience.
