ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS! just got off the phone with them and they quoted a regulator change at $450-$500. In all fairness, two other businesses offered the same quote. but after finding a link for the top 25 recommended plumbers, I found a company that quoted $260-$300. The Ray Lusk Plumbing company failed to establish trust, credibility, and a willingness to truly help. Their "price too high? ok, bye" approach over the phone was not only rude but unnecessary considering I couldn't find any reviews validating the quality of their work. You'd think that, being in the plumbing business, they would spend just a little time over the phone expressing their knowledge and passion about their job and do at least a little assessing before dismissing a phone call when a customer expresses a little doubt.
