Have friends who rented a house from this slum lord. The place was wrecked and no repairs had been done. Their contract states the house would be sprayed and treated for bugs and mice between occupants. He told our friends, the new renters after they have seen tons of roaches and mice that he did not do this. He said HE was going to spray some poison instead of calling an exterminator and could not say if it would be safe for their BABY and dog...Ummmm no.. steer very clear of this person.
