I have lived in these apartments since March of 2016, and it's probably the worst place that i have lived in since. Here recently, i have been in between jobs, and of course like everyone else in the world, had money issues. When it comes to talking with the leasing office about working something out for rent, don't bother. I find out after 3 months of having to make arrangements to get caught back up on bills to find out from the most rude office worker/secretary or whatever she is that they don't do payment arrangements any longer. Keep in mind, something like this should be told to ALL RESIDENTS ON THE PREMISES, but was it? NO. They will constantly charge you late fees until you look at their little BS paper statements to find out that you have a balance close to, if not over $1000. These past few months have been absolutely horrible, due to the simple fact of having neighbors downstairs who deal drugs out of their apartments, stay up all hours of the night and partying. Don't count on the onsite "security officer" to do his job either. The ONLY reason that i haven't broke my lease in these past ten months is because of the woman who initially wrote up our paperwork almost a year ago. That woman deserves a promotion and a raise. The maintenance staff doesn't do their job half the time. Anybody looking to check out these apartments, i urge you, more like plead with you to check other options before signing any paperwork. They can't keep management for longer than 2-4 months it seems like either.
I have been warned about this complex by a few of their residents and I'm glad I took their advice. You can tell customer service is not a priority at this complex. I've emailed the leasing managers at least three times with inquires, and each time I was sent an automated brochure. Tried calling and the phone just rings and rings. Don't waste your time or money with these people, you'll surely be ignored.
Not a good place to live, I have lived here for 4 months and there has been so many problems with this place already. Pest Control came to Spray and we had no bugs but roaches started to show. Also if you do not have a washer or dryer in your apartment we have laundromats for our buildings, It is very nasty inside of them, only 4 washer and dryers each, in my laundromat building only 2 out of the 4 washers work, We also have to pay to wash our clothes, which I do not understand why lol. They take forever to come fix a problem you have to call over and over again, so sick of this place.
but the lady at office said " that is not a exactly . She was Asian, I'm not good at English but she always stigmatized by my attitude! I do not want people to be angry like me! you do have nice service for guests, she does not look at me while talking! I know my english is unloaded but I need to be respected !

They falsely advertise on their website and brochure that some of the apartments have laundry hookups when actually they are just closets. Only the higher priced units have laundry hookup. I visited these apartments and was given a tour of a one bedroom when I was asking about a studio. The one bedroom was very nice but you could tell it was a model apartment, not the real deal. I don't want a bait and switch, I want to see the real thing. Also, the apartments are overpriced and they do not include water. You pay the complex for the water. Why not just be honest and include the water in the price? Too much hidden information for me.
