I love coming to this captain D's. It's the best one in Arkansas . Every time I come it's clean, it's always great customer service and the food is always fresh and amazing. Each time I take a bite I moan because it's that good. Captain D's has officially been added to my Payroll because they get the majority of my spending money. Thank y'all for making me so happy. To the managers Wayne and Jeffery, continue the great work.
Wish there was a Captain D's closer to me! This was a nice place. The people were nice. The food was good too!
Second attempt in 2 weeks. We placed our order at 7:10 pm. At 8:10 pm we finally got our complete order. The waiting area was full of people asking for their money back. The staff had to ask everyone multiple times what they ordered and still got most of them wrong. The food was not as good as I remember it being. Everyone who walked out tonight said the same thing... we'll never be back to this one.

I went to Captain D's on JFK tonight after church young lady named Lillian was such a big help in what I ordered I think her very much and the food was very nice and delicious when I got home I ate my food I will be going back again
