Worst Hardee's I've ever been to. Fries were so cold they were hard. Chicken strips were burned.
This place is filty, floor,bathroom, flooring in the cooking area has food all over it.Doesn't look liked it's been cleaned in years. The bathroom trash overflowing and stinks needs cleaning. There were old dried up leamon in the salt and pepper area. Just nasty never eating there again. If fact I threw the food away. Didn't want to take any chances.
So Hardee's for "brunch"... Don't know cashiers name because her name tag was blank but her first question was whether I was eating in or taking out. I replied eating in. As she was reading back order she said "take out", I corrected her. My food was delivered in a bag versus on a tray because of course I said I was taking it to go.
Just as bad she had to be told twice the combo versus just the sandwich AND that I wanted the MEDIUM combo. So yeah, this person is just who any manager needs as first contact with customers.... NOT!
Always great service, good food but miss the large beef patties especially on the mushroom and Swiss.
A young man named Dennis went above and beyond his job description to ensure that we had a great dinning experience. He greeted us within three steps inside the door. The food was fresh and hot. The store was clean and the coffee was good.
