no one acknowledged me nor asked if i needed any help.
This store deserves 6 thumbs down...not even "one" star should exist for anyone to click on. My 1st time in this store "ever", because I normally go to the Petco and Pet's Mart in West Little Rock,AR were I apparently belong and will stay from now on. When I was ready to check out the cashier #7 "Holly" addressed me as "girl" not "Ma'am" as if I'm someone she knew well or saw often... I let that slide. I asked about the Petco card system and asked if she could help me get signed up for it. She quickly scanned a little pamphlet & shoved it at me then stated..." you can go online and sign up yourself when your ready..". I simply said... " ok, that's fine..". She gave me my receipt and then says..." thankx girl.. bye". I took my new lil fish ($22.00) & fish bowl rocks($25.00) & vowed to never return to this Petco again. I go back home to West(were it's best) Little Rock and visited the the Chenal pkwy location.. I bought 3 more lil fishies (Male Betta's $16.00 a piece), rocks and stones($23.00). At the time of check out the cashier #22 "Beth" was a sweetheart!!! Very mannerable, courteous and respectful young girl. I asked "her" about the Petco card system and she quickly offered to sign me up for it, told me to check my eml. after she did it for me & was grateful I visited her store.... not knowing she was the only thing that saved a customer for the Petco "company". To Holly... watch your tone and manners towards customers that still knows what those things are & it matters to...be waaaay more helpful and waaaaaaay less sassy....please, Ma'am. To young Ms.Beth.. thank you dear...you made the dayand did your employer a solid... they owe YOU. The NLR Petco store lost a "BRAND NEW customer" & all the ones i told this event to forever... the W.L.R. Petco "kept a regular customer" and many more I told this event to forever....morals and manners goes a loooonnnnggg way.
Good selection of pet toys, beds, accessories, equipment and food products. Staff friendly and glad to help you find what you're looking for. Store and bathroom very clean.
Everytime I go in the staff are very friendly and helpful. I have cats and fish. The fish and plants there were beautiful and the tanks were just cleaned. I did not see any dead fish. I really wish I could remember the womens name but she was very very helpful and provided good conversation! Will always come back here.
This store is fabulous! I love going in and seeing all the animals walking around. My dogs get ecstatic about picking their own toys.
