Grooming job was okay, a few missed spots. But the professionalism is horrible! They also tried to charge me for an “aromatherapy session” that I did not agree too and then was very tacky about handling the situation when I spoke up about the charge. I will not return.
While i love most of the staff especially Stephanie. She is wonderful with my dog, i was treated rudely and condescendingly by two of the other girls there. I spend alot of money at petsmart but will not return to this grooming salon while those individuals are employed there. The assistant manager lady was worthless talking too. No one cares about customers.
Good employees everything you need for your animals. Seem to be good groomers too
Pet Smart has good choices of food and opportunities to save each time you purchase pet food They also help support many shelters and help dogs and cats find their forever homes.
The ladies in the grooming salon (specifically Cindy) did a great job on my dog! They were friendly, my dog seemed to be very comfortable with them, they were quick and the haircut looks great, all for a low price. I will definitely be back!
