I love Dillards, but this time when I got home, two items that I paid for were not in my bag. I went back to the store and they replaced the missing bracelet with another one that I didn't quite like. They never said they are sorry and made me feel like I am the one stealing from the store. Count your items right on the spot.
Went in today looking for shoes to match a dress for my son's wedding (dress purchases there) and came in contact with 3 employees at shoe dept that were close enough to shake hands and never looked at us or spoke. Went to two other depts and treated the same. I have never been treated so rudely in my life.
I love shopping at Dillard's the staff is always so helpful and this location has such a great selection. This location has one of those awesome Edge beauty counters and carries Herschel backpacks. They have a very nice furniture selection as well and the shoe department is huge!
I bought a Polo and I didnt realize it was the wrong size so I tried to return it and they wouldn't give me my money back and I had my receipt
