I love Wal-Mart. But the earlier you go, (and not during the holidays), the easier it is to get in and checkout quickly. And this is the place I shop most :)
Busy but to be expected due to the holiday. Employees are always kind and thoughtful. Go out of their way to help in any way they can. I come to this Walmart by passing other of their stores so I can shop here
I placed a special order for tires through WM online. Tires arrived, I had them installed while I shopped. I looked at my new tires before leaving, only to find that the tires they installed on my vehicle were not the ones I ordered! Mine were sitting in the tire section clearly marked with my name. They mounted a less expensive set of tires on my car. I bet that happens a lot and most people don't even bother to check. Poor management, poor training. The only reason I give one star is because the nice lady at the automotive desk was very concerned and helpful.
I love the overview, when I come inside the atmosphere is inviting. I have a feeling of home. The prices are affordable and there is always something new to get your attention and make you buy. I enjoy the greeter at the door and the place is always clean. I enjoy looking at how neat and eye catching everything is. Walmart a home away from home.
The lay out of this store is crazy, impossible to find anything. Check out is usually backed up but most of the clerks are friendly.
