I love shopping at T.J.Maxx because of the awdsome prices, so I hate leaving a bad review. This location (NLR, AR) is one of the most impersonal stores I've been too in a while. No one says hello or asks if you need help. The fitting room attendant counted out ALL dozen of my items...very slowly. She lost her place about half way through and had to start over and then repeated the process when I left the fitting room! There is definitely a more efficient way to do that. The cashier barely talked to me. Instead he carried on conversations with the other associates, who were also talking personal calls at the cash wrap. He even stopped my check out process so he could help another cashier give an associate their discount. He handed me my receipt without a word or looking at me. Apparently, they value each other over the customers who are paying to keep them employed. I'll just go to the TJM and Homegoods superstore in Conway from now on.
It is a good store to shop. Parking lot after dark is kinda sketchy, though!
