I usually go see Dayne. He is totally awesome, very knowledgeable and always takes very good care of me my family. This store has the friendliest and most helpful people. I won't go anywhere else.
AT&T internet on Windsor Valley is TERRIBLE!! We have at least 3 outages per day. If only there were more choices. Don't even try to reach a real person to complain. They make it nearly impossible to reach someone in less than an hour.
Went into this location today and didn't have a pleasant experience. I went in to get a question answered from the manager Marcus. He was very rude and rushed me out the door. Definitely glad I decided to take my money elsewhere.
When walking up to the door an employee opened and held it for us to enter. He then immediately took care of us and got the right person for our specific need. The wait was not that long, we were in and out. I would recommend that anyone adding a phone to a pre-existing plan double check their bill. They tried to charge me for my previous single line plan plus an added multishare plan. I caught it before we left and the lady was very apologetic. Overall, great experience.
