Came and got my iphone 6 for a screen repair here. Hand a good conversation with one of the store associates named Zach. While he was showing me around the store the store manager fixed my phone which seemed like 20 minutes but actually took around 40 minutes or so. Great service and very efficient work!!!
Scheduled an appointment on line to have a battery replaced in phone. After driving 30 miles to NLR was informed the manager had an emergency and left for the day. No call even though they had my number. Clerk was rude about it and just did not seem to care. Went to The Fix in McCain Mall, no appointment, fixed on the spot and cost around $20 less. 60 days later wound up coming back to Batteries Plus Bulbs and getting the battery. Found out they have a 6 month warranty and the $20 I saved at other place was actually a lose of $50. Battery at The Fix was not installed correct. Clerk gave me the Battery from them and it did not have the adhesive that holds it in place.

I just had to deal with the most disrespectful clerk ever! I have been to the store several times and my service was awesome tonight it was horrible I just lost my Aunt and we came to get my mom screen fixed so she could pull up the old pictures of her to do my aunts obituary. I was holding the screen in my hand after we left the store and it just fell out I looked at I don’t think all my screws was put in right and I am wondering did the little clerk do it on purpose! Seeing my mom cry because she won’t be able to get those pictures hurt my heart i signed a form saying I couldn’t get the warranty because my home key was messed up so I can’t even go in to get it fixed again so that’s $70 wasted! I will NEVER go here again i wish I could have given him 0 stars
