Was sold 2 phones for over $1000.00 and they can't even receive firmware update. So they are junk. I was never notified of this upon purchase's.
Needed a quick washer and dryer and on a budget. Low monthly payments are a plus. My experience with the people who work at location is horrible. Told the chick on the phone I work till noon so I'd need them delivered in the afternoon so they show up at 11???? Them I get a snarky call about "refusing me delivery" I was not there to receive the delivery. THEN, the guys who delivered it were EXTREMELY unprofessional. I am a single female and one of the guys told me I had a big butt and asked me if I was single. I was wearing my work shirt (a gym) and the guy said I was "false advertising" As a single female in an apartment alone with two guys saying things like that I got legitimately nervous about being alone with them. If you are a female ordering from this location have someone with you when they drop off your items. Not pleased but love my washer and dryer
We got a TV from here a while ago. We ended up paying more than twice what it was worth. Definitely wouldn't do it again.
Terrible experience!!! This man named Abe showed up to get a return and out of ALL things e came in a personal vehicle with no proof he was Aaron’s!!! He then proceeded to talk vulgarity to me. The proof came out he was Aaron’s when he knew my original payment date which was supposedly changed in the system due to a promotion that caused a payday change. So service might just might be better IF THEY WOULD DO THEIR JOB AND LEARN HOW TO COMMUNICATE BETTER!!! They didn’t even call to see what was up. Just pitiful
