We called back in two weeks and they couldn't find them. They said they would have the man working on them call us. He never did. Two weeks later they called and said they were ready. 6 weeks to do a rocking chair. I gave them two stars only because the work was decent but as a business I'm going to have to give them a thumbs down.
They are extremely friendly professional people that do a great job with upholstery

They told us it would take two weeks to redo a glider rocker. Timing was important and one of the reasons we chose them. 18 days later we called to ask if they were ready and were told no they we going on vacation. A bit rudely I might add. They should have called us at the very least and sad they would not be finished on time.
