I give Five Stars to Furniture Row and their North Little Rock in-store employees they made me and my fiansee feel so welcome and trusting and they almost made want to buy everything..Which I did furnish our whole house "For a reasonable Price"..
Emma was very helpful and made sure I was completely satisfied with the section and ottoman I wanted.
As for the movers Casey, Albert and the cute one Charlie...They did an Awesome job not scratching my floors or the walls "And" they all were so we'll mannered..

Sure, everyone is friendly and the store is fairly nice. Be careful of what you buy-- especially some of their leather products that will peel off like an apple skin--my chair and ottoman did. And they could care less. Never seen an expensive "leather" product do that--I will be sending out pictures. I sent in a complaint on line with no response. Be careful or you will be using your covered up chair as only decoration as I have to.
I purchased a “leather” sectional from them about 2 years ago. The sales representative informed us that it was a discontinued item and we received a discount BUT he assured us we had a lifetime warranty. During this time, my chaise has broken on two separate occasions and it has been fixed. NOW – my leather is starting to peel COMPLETELY off of the couch. I called today to see if this is covered (because the representative told me that if ANYTHING happened to the couch it would be). The young lady told me that since it was “bonded” leather that it was not covered. So basically, I have a leather couch that looks like it has polka dots. They will tell you anything to get a sale and will not stand by their product. This type of warranty should be explained in DETAIL. She even stated that “once it starts to peel there is nothing that can done about it.” My thought process is---was this even real leather!?!?!?!?!
