The quick response to my call and the estimated cost of replacement of the window was impressive. I had a window replaced at a rental unit so efficiently that I requested Glass Doctors to replace a window at my home! They really fixed my panes!!!

They were very flexible working with our schedule, arrived when they said they would and charged exactly what they quoted. The technician explained everything clearly and then did a great job. We are very pleased with their service and their results.

After a free estimate, it took a week to schedule me for a for 2 non emergent window repairs. It was scheduled wrong, for just 1 window and the wrong type of window, but when they realized it, they fixed both and had someone else come out and help so it could all be done in one night. It wasn't the most prompt but I appreciated the effort made to fix it. Cleaned up and looked good. Very satisfied!

Overjoyed with Glass Doctor! From their customer service while booking the appointment to the professionalism of the guys who came and replaced the glass at our house, everything was 5 stars! I was five dollars short in the total amount and asked if I could run to the ATM and the guys told me not to worry about it and were super friendly. Will definitely use Glass Doctor again in the future!

They go all over the Little Rock area and surrounding cities. They really do feel that the product they sell is not glass but a service for their customers. The goal is for the job to be done well, but the customer is fixed first.
