I have had experience with Metro for water damage inside my home from the dishwasher. The leak soaked our hardwood floors, so when deciding between companies we asked around and the word of mouth response from everyone that we asked was to call Metro. After calling Metro our part was over. They handled everything with professionalism and was very courteous to my wife and I. They took care of drying everything out as well as working with our insurance agent/company to ensure nothing but top notch service. The recent flash flooding created quite a mess at our funeral home, but Metro Disaster Specialist were there to help assure service would not be interrupted to our families. Mike and his team members have been most respectful and caring about the service we were given and I can give them enough stars in the rating to describe my experience. They just left after cleaning our carpets and the look and smell is exceptional. Their care exceeded my expectations.
As an insurance agent, I always want make sure that my clients are taken care of and given the same excellent customer service that I expect from my agency. When it comes to Metro there is no doubt that this is the case every time. In one instance I had a client that needed assistance with water coming into her house. This was around 8:30 pm and she lives in Hot Springs. They were at her house by 10:00 pm! At 6:30 am the next morning I called the client to make sure that everything was taken care of and Metro was still there! They worked all night to prevent her situation from getting worse and made sure the job was done. I can't say enough about the service that my clients have received from Metro Disaster. We used Metro to help us clean up a major water leak at our condo in Hot Springs. They were cleaning up the mess the day we found the problem and what an amazing job they did. The crew was very friendly and very meticulous about getting everything cleaned. When they finished the place had never been cleaner. They also did the finishing work to get the condo back to normal.
