First our order was overlooked then the manager ask one of the workers to make sure we had paid for what we ordered which we did. Then he said he would go put it on. Next I went to get my salad and the manager sent another person to ask if I paid for my salad. I have Never felt so offended!!!!! Worst service EVER!!!
Friendly staff and decent pizza. Arcade games are a little too easy for older kids. Still has the animatronics, but they aren't in very good condition. Sometimes they aren't even running. Overall, really fun and a great place to go with family and friends. Will be returning.
It was a little bit loud for my taste. Obviously it will be a little bit loud because the kids. But it was just completely unruly. The food was subpar that drink was not that great and the performances if that's what you can call it we're really awful. But it seems like my kids had an okay time at the birthday party there so I guess it's not a total loss. But I personally would never take them there again unless invited to another birthday party. And even then I might have another relative take them
these guys have really upped their game. they take care of everything when you have a party there. and love the "security" that no child will leave unless they are with the person that brought them.
Took my daughter there and some friends for her brithday! Not only was the staff lazy and not fixing the broken machines but when told kids were taking from the other kids and breaking into the machines they didnt care.. then was my girlfriend had our 1 year old in her hands a drunk guy who was stealling from the machines with his kids got in her face trying to fight her and the workers just stood there laughing not doing anything! This place isnt like it use to be when we was kids at all.. i will never take my kids back there again! I spent 50 dollars for my daughter to walk out with a couple things of candy because thats the tickets she one witg with not stole! Yall need new staff and yalls little female manager was no help and did not care about what goes on in this kids place!!
