Won't be going here again. After ordering at the drive thru window (which was open when we got there), we waited for 10 minutes for someone to come to the window. We counted 5 different staff members pass right by the window and not even look our way. We decided to drive off when we horribly witnessed a waitress sniffing in the drink of the customer. Gross!!! Pike location has always been a good experience, however.
The food here is always good but this experience was the worst. I went about 30 minutes before closing and the manager acted like she didn't want to serve us since they were about to close. She even looked at her watch more than once before she sent someone to take our order. The salad was too salty to eat the bacon bits looked like they added salt to them (see photos) and when I brought this to her attention...she didn't even apologize...she just said she would remake it but she couldn't make it the same way because it would still be too salty....and she offered no alternatives. I paid for my salad and asked her to remake it with real bacon opposed to the bacon bits that she stated was sodium and insisted that this is just how the bacon bits are made. I've been going to US Pizza at least 15 years and never once purchased a salad that was too salty to eat or that had bacon bits that appeared to be loaded with salt. .... Right when I was about to leave I asked for additional sides and condiments and she attempted to charge me for them. I respectfully declined to pay for the sides as I felt this was the least she could do to rectify the situation with my salad and the horrible customer service. She became argumentative and stated she didn't know my experience was so bad. After explaining why it was horrible and offered suggestions for ways it could have been better....I left and let's just say I will NEVER visit the McCain location. I am sure they won't lose any sleep over it but I don't desire to go places and spend my money where I'm not treated as a valued customer.
Great thin crust pizza & sandwiches.Their house dressing is so good they serve it with chips as a dip.The salads can't be beat & they pile it high on your plate. Service is good ,friendly staff, keep your tea glass filled.
The food is delicious. Salads never disappoint and are always fresh and loaded with ingredients. Gluten free chicken bbq pizza was surprisingly very good. The chicken nachos can't be beat. They are very consistent with their food. When ordering a favorite, you can rest assured it will always taste as good as the first time. I've eaten here a couple dozen times at least. Their food is great every time.
Great salad. The buffalo wings were burnt. They apologized and offered to make more. No thanks. They removed that item from the bill. Good customer service. Don't think I will order wings again.
