Just ordered a sandwich online and waited 30 min to pick up and was told there online order machine doesn’t work so I had to show them my email from my food I already paid for and the made it while I waited another 20 min. Place is understaffed but not having working ordering system and still taking online orders is unacceptable. Was the first time and probably the last.
The system here is an interesting variant. You select one of about 10 different kinds of sandwiches and mark your bag to show the ingredients you want included. The sandwich is a little more expensive than Subway, the service is polite but perhaps not enthusiastic. The atmosphere reeks of absentee ownership. There are better choices.

Over sauced and over priced but not exactly terrible
Great place to buy sandwiches. Some sandwiches will cost more to make than at Subway. However, these sandwiches hold up well and can be refrigerated and reheated and still taste good. I really like filling out the paper bag instead of having to tell the person what you want like you did at Subway. I have always had great service here.
