Good prices but much higher than you can get online. Sales staff is not very knowledgeable and service won't help sales dept if they aren't installing what your buying. People are friendly (especially cashiers) but the sales vultures jump you every time you enter the store. I am restoring an older camper and have made many trips here. Usually inventory is off or out of stock on any parts item you can't get at Walmart or hardware store like pex fittings, gas valves, thermostatic fuses, etc. But they have a great selection of waste hoses and propane connections that are kinda pricey. If I'm gonna have to teach myself and look up my own part numbers and wait for them to order it, why wouldn't I get it from Amazon myself and have it in two days at my door for half the cost?
Lovely people to work with. When you walk in there's always someone at the door to show you around and listen to you about your needs. Will spend as much time as needed helping you find the perfect camper or motor home for your lifestyle.
They have picked up twice & the lady states that she is still trying to find a parts person. Must be a VERY big Store!!! Now on for 27 minutes & about to give up. - Well actually, I have given up - no way I'd have my motor home serviced at a place that "can't find the parts man". Just hit 30 minutes - Sorry - I can't afford the time to see how long this would go!

What a shame, For a store that supposedly is there to cater to people who can afford a little "recreational time", they sure do an awful job of enhancing the experience. If all locations were like this, I'd give up camping & motor homes all together. Just couldn't stand the stress or neglect. I have been on hold for 20 minutes & 39 seconds as of writing this. I Just wanted to get a price & schedule for installing a "return to center" steering mechanism.
Having purchased a brand new high end fifth wheel a year ago the unit has been back to the service center no less than five times. My issue with the Little Rock outfit is that they are unorganized in the service department, and without direction. You have to "bird dog" your repairs with them or they don't get done. They are horrible at calling you back even after making the promise to do so. The repairs are often not complete and screws/fasteners and other repair related extras are left strewn about on the floor of the RV. The experience is so cumulatively frustrating that I have decided my next RV purchase WILL NOT be through Camping World at ALL COSTS. There is one exceptional employee there in the service department named Brandon however but alas, he swims against a performance current of his peers that drown the efforts of his work. They should put him in charge of that outfit and things would turn around. -Frustrated in Hot Springs.
