Dawn, in service, did a great job. She turned my repair over to Jason. He is quite the detail guy. I was very happy he was attending to my issues. Fixed a couple of issues I didn't even know about. Will definitely take my fifth wheel back to them again when needed.
Sales was like a time share pushy sale! However, we liked the style and size of the camper. 2016 NEW Apex, with the first trip discovered problems with AC and refrigerator among several other smaller problems. It was at the dealership for about 5 weeks for those repairs. Then next trip out and there was a water leak in the wall, another two weeks for repairs. We bought a NEW camper not to have problems! Poor customer service and seems to be no thought of checking things out before sending with customers! Cannot recommend dealing with this place!
Do not recommend. Bought new 2018 camper...I expect more problems and it's been horrible already. I could write so much but my time is more valuable.
Was traveling across country with my travel trailer when I needed a part for my refrigerator. Started looking in the area and all the RV stores went much help. These guys didn't stock the part but called around and found what I needed from a local wholesale distributor... That's service!
Terrible! They took advantage of me, took my money and won't give it back. If they ask you for 500 don't give it to them. If your smart don't come here. Won't ever do business with these people again.
