Against my better judgement I gave this dealer chain a 2nd shot. Never again I will make the drive to go anywhere else.

We were scheduled in quickly fr an oil change; however, this store does no have the same customer service that we are accustomed to where we are from. When we took our vehicle in for service, it was also washed and vacuumed. The technicians went over​ the vehicle and checked fluid levels, filters, and other maintenance items and recommends when certain items needed replaced and changed or rotated. We did not receive any of these services here, nor were we given the option to purchase an upgraded oil change that would include the inspection. Next time we will use a Jiffy Lube for the same service at a better price.

The other turn off here was when I walked in and asked for ‘Dave’ the rude female working in the service department only pointed at a 2 men across the room....I had a 50/50 chance of figuring out who Dave was . She never once verbally spoke a word as she put her face back in her iPhone.

Bought my car 5 weeks ago. Had a GREAT experience with my salesman, Chase Osborn, and have enjoyed my car, but that is where my happiness has ended. I was called back 2 weeks after purchasing the vehicle because my paperwork had the incorrect lienholder. I had to drive back to the dealership (which is an hour and a half away) to sign the corrected documents. This was an inconvenience but not too bad. What really has infuriated me is what has happened since. My tags were set to expire 30 days after the purchase, of course. Two days before the expiration date I still had not received my paperwork to take to the revenue office. I called and left numerous messages with no call back. I was finally able to speak to someone who would overnight me what I needed. Two days later (on the expiration date which happened to fall on a weekend of course) I received the paperwork. Yay, except that the paperwork was wrong. They sent me the paperwork with the wrong information. After more calls and NO returns, I was able to speak with the manager. I am still waiting for the correct paperwork to reach me. Until then, can't drive a new car with expired tags...... Payment on car is due this week and I have had expired tags for 2 weeks...... Not a Happy camper!!!!

My husband and I searched for a couple of months looking for the perfect car for our daughter. We called and visited all the dealerships in our surrounding area and no one would give us what we were looking for or even try to help us. This was our daughter's first car and we wanted her to be in a safe and reliable car and after a lot of research and after visiting this dealership we knew this was the dealership and car for her. From the second we stepped on the lot we were greeted with kindness and professionalism. Our salesman, Todd, listened to us and did not try to sell us something we weren't looking for. McLarty Nissan of NLR and our salesman, Todd, went above and beyond any dealership that I've ever dealt with before. Paul in finance was so kind and professional, unlike most finance managers at dealerships. They all understood this was our daughter's first car and she was responsible for this car. They wanted her to have this car as much as we did. This is how they made us feel. I've bought many cars and this was the easiest experience I've ever had. My husband will be buying his next car from their very soon and I will when the time is right. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. My daughter loves her car and we could not have chosen a better, safer car for her. Thank you Todd, Paul and McLarty Nissan of NLR for everything you did for us. I will forever be a Nissan owner!

I waited a couple weeks to write this review so I could calm down and not write when I was so angry. I brought my SUV in for some scheduled maintenance and told it would take a couple hours when I scheduled the appointment. The morning I brought it in I found out it was actually going to be at least 4 hours, which would have ruined the timing for my next thing I had to be to. They wanted to just do half a service and have me come back another day for the rest. I was then told a couple hours isn’t necessarily 2 hours....it could be more. Well, I took my keys and my business elsewhere. I actually went to Superior Nissan in Conway and was amazed at the customer service and speed of work.

This is the 2nd time I have been to a McLarty delaership (other was the Ford dealership). Both experiences left more than a distaste in my mouth. One salesman was nice ( wish I could remember his name) but the salesman and manager after acted like complete a@$'s. Pushy, did not listen to anything we said, and then the salesman man tried to turn my wife against what I was trying to say (ie I will think about it over night, so he start asking my wife if she really wants it right now)

    This is the 2nd time I have been to a McLarty delaership (other was the Ford dealership). Both experiences left more than a distaste in my mouth.
