North Point Ford service center is excellent! I went in yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation. They told me it would be at least 1 hour. Within 30 to 45 minutes my car was ready. Their waiting room was very clean, neat and welcoming. They offer free popcorn, sodas, and coffee. Very impressed.
Sales people did not even remeber me or my name after looking at and even checking my trade out, I would have bought a truck that day but if you don't remember my name and you want to make money off me. Nope went somewhere else and bought.
