Dr. Smith and her office are awesome. She and her staff treated my 7yr old like she was a queen. While taking out tonsils is a common procedure and i am sure she has performed thousands, Dr. Smith made us feel like we were her only patient and she has a great bed side manner with the kiddos.
Not sure about the negative reviews as my experience was great. From the very friendly (Anna) front desk and phone support to the actual ear cleaning and hearing test. Everyone was super nice. I will definitely tell others about my great experience.
They get 1 star for being able to book me an appointment. Waited for an hour and a half and only spoke briefly with one person. Very unprofessional, wouldn't recommend and I never post negative reviews.
My experience here has been fantastic. Dr Smith is very knowledge and the audiologist, Dr Hollis is exceptional. She never attempted to sell a product and fitted me with hearing aids to fit my lifestyle. They were not cheap but are worth every penny.
The one star is for the administration and audiologist. The appointment with Dr. Smith was a complete waste of my time. If I wanted someone to blankly stare at me and tell me to "deal with it," as Dr. Smith did, I would have asked my college roommate for advice. Go somewhere else if you would like to be treated and cared for like an actual patient.
